Prior to joining VBP, Raymond held several high-profile leadership positions where he served as a catalyst for change:

  • Navistar: As Vice President and Process Information Officer reporting to the CEO, he spearheaded a $25 million global finance transformation. He also successfully led a critical seven-year financial restatement requested by KPMG, navigating complex regulatory requirements to file with the SEC within a condensed three-year timeframe.
  • PwC Consulting: As Managing Director of the Financial Management Solutions Practice, Raymond was recognized as a global leader in process redesign. He managed domestic strategy and delivery for major clients, including USAA, Zurich, Compaq, and Johnson Controls.
  • Motorola, Inc.: Serving as Business Unit CFO and Assistant Sector Controller, he pioneered “One Day Close” initiatives, published the company’s Standards of Internal Controls, and implemented global Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Early Career: His foundational expertise includes serving as Senior Lead on high-stakes debt-to-equity refinancing at International Harvester and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
