Fred Graessle is a retired FBI Special Agent, having served with distinction for 30 years while focusing on corruption and white-collar criminal matters. Currently, he is the owner of Integrity Assurance, LLC, a forensic CPA firm. His company provides expertise in crisis management assessments, threat assessment processes, psychological profiling, human resource counseling, corporate culture counseling, corporate security matters, background matters, social media monitoring, and information technology security.

Fred is also the managing partner of Security Mitigation Group, LLC (SMG), consisting of former Federal Agents including FBI, Secret Service, Internal Revenue Service, and Homeland Security. SMG also encompasses a group of subject matter experts in crisis management, forensic investigations, HIPAA consulting, cyber-security, as well as physical security for locations/travel.

In 2017, Fred helped develop a rules-based analytical and compliance process known as BlackBox. This process operates as an external control over financial and operational processes for business, non-profits, and governments. It also helps protect assets and data through the discovery of errors, omissions, thefts, and frauds, without the risk of compromise associated with traditional internal control processes.

In 2017, he co-authored an article on cyber-security which was published in Strategic Finance, a publication of the Institute of Management Accountants. This manuscript, which was distributed to 85,000 members in over 140 countries, won the Lybrand Gold Medal for the top manuscript published in the 2017-18 competition year.

From 2008 to 2014, Fred Vice President of Franchise Relations & Development for DirectBuy, Inc. – the largest consumer buying club in North America. Mr. Graessle and his family owned and operated one of the top producing franchises of DirectBuy, Inc. from 2009 to 2015.
